Getting to know Sharon Martin

I began my career in Real Estate on Maui in 1999. The hot Hawaiian real estate market kept me busy facilitating people's dreams for almost 5 years. Now, with another 3 years under my belt, I am very proficient in Hawaii and Steamboat real estate and can help anyone move in the direction of becoming a full time resident or owning as an investor. I have participated in more than 100 transactions and I have completed many real estate related courses, over and beyond the required classes.

My husband, Jim who is a developer, and I moved to Steamboat in 2004 to continue investing and developing as we feel the Steamboat market is moving in the direction we want to go up! We feel so lucky to have found our hearts in Steamboat and our love for the outdoors and endless beautiful nature trails keeps us happy and healthy.

My goal at Colorado Group Realty is to help you reach your dreams by realizing your potential in real estate. We've bought and sold at least 10 properties of our own and when we started, we didn't have much capital. But here I am, 8 years later In Steamboat Springs, financially comfortable, thanks to our investments, ready to help others become successful by investing in our booming market.

My style of real estate is unique in that I believe in teamwork and encourage my clients to participate in the whole transaction if they would like. I have respect for each individual's knowledge, wants and needs and combine it with my experience in the local market and strengths in the negotiation process.
